  I haven't been to this place for years, and unfortunately I can't say it's improved. Like other reviewers, I can't understand how this company is still in business! Broken glass on the seat cut a family member. Service was slow. Cooking time was far too long for the order and overpriced at £13+ for a small burger. I was unable to finish the burger, which made the bun soggy with the water leaking from what tasted like tinned meat.
  
  The facilities are also neglected, and for a family restaurant I would expect better cleanliness, value and attention from staff.

  Good service good food. Don't understand some of previous reviews perhaps they expect to much they need to eat at Jamie Oliver's !
